After receiving the registration form, a confirmation email with payment details including amount and bank details will be sent within 24 hours from info@eAssistant.co.uk. Please check Junk/Spam folder if not found in your inbox.

Payment is expected to be received within 24 hours of the confirmation email unless otherwise stated in the email, after a final reminder will be sent. Any further reminders will incur an additional £10 admin fee.

The full amount of any course registered needs to be paid in advanced. This includes our clubs, holiday activities or tailored courses.

All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the place is no longer required, an email cancellation must be sent.

In the case of a class that must be cancelled by the instructor, an alternative arrangement will be offered.

Any inappropriate behaviour will be reported to parents/carers. If it continues the child will be removed from the course and no refund will be applicable.

After the club, Children are to be collected promptly from the location specified in the registration form or agreed later if any changes occur.

Any late pickup may be subject to additional fees.

In the case of independent travellers, school rules apply and parents/carers need to complete the independent traveller form provided by the school first, then confirming by email that this has been done and the child is allowed to leave the school on their own. 

eAssistant and its staff does not take any responsibility once the child has left.

In the case of a change in arrangements, we have to be notified by email and/or WhatsApp group at least 1 hour before the start of the session, as during the session there is a limited access to check any emails and/or messages.

As we are doing our best to run sessions in a safe environment, we will be collecting some medical information from parents regarding any issues that we need to be aware of while your child is attending any of our classes or activities. 

In case of emergencies, we will be contacting the provided contacts and if needed emergency services.
