After receiving the registration form, a confirmation email with payment details including amount and bank details will be sent within 24 hours from info@eAssistant.co.uk, Please check Junk/Spam folder.

Payment is expected to be received within 24 hours of the confirmation email unless otherwise is stated in the email, after that a final reminder will be sent. Any further reminders will incur an  additional £10 admin fees. 

The full amount of any course registered whether club, holiday activity or tailored course need to be paid in advance.

All fees are strictly non refundable under any circumstances.

If the place is no longer required, an email cancellation must be sent.

In the case of a class that has to be cancelled by the instructor, an alternative arrangement will be  will be decided.

Any inappropriate behaviour, will be reported to parents/carers. If it continues he/she will be taken out and no refund is applicable.

After the club, children to be collected promptly from the location specified in the registration form or agreed later if any changes occurs.

Any late pickup may subject to an additional fees.

In case of independent travellers, school rules apply and parents/carers need to complete the independent traveller form provided by the school first, then confirming by email that this has been done and the child is allowed to leave the school on their own. eAssistant and their staff do not take any responsibility once the child has left.

In case of change of arrangement, we have to be notified by email and/or WhatsApp group at least 1 hour before the start of the session as during the session there is a limited access to check any emails and/or messages.

As we are doing our best to run in a safe environment, we will be collecting some medical information from parents regarding any issues that we need to be aware of while your child is attending any of our classes or activities. 

In case of emergency, we will be contacting parents and if needed emergency services.
